Our building sits on a “triangle” with sides on Farmington, Oak and Hanover Streets. Parking is available on both sides of Oak Street on our block. We are across the street from The Family Dollar Store and just a block away from Riverside Beverage Store.

Will you accommodate gluten free?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and other dietary preferences. With advance notice, there is no additional charge.
Do I need to pick up my Meals to Go order?
Meal to go Delivery may be available to 19464, 19518, 19525, 19468, 19512 for an additional $8. With a $60. Minimum order. Depending on our schedule, we deliver Thursday after 5pm and Friday mornings. You must provide a cooler on your front door step for delivery. We ring your bell as we deliver your order for contactless delivery.

Can I pick up my catering order Saturday?
Like so many of you, over the past year we have found new ways to work, stay safe, and consider the needs of our employees and their loved ones. To that end, we have focused on developing sustainable practices and policies so that we can provide consistent and high quality catering for you! At this time, we are focusing on weekday events and Curbside Meals To Go: we find that this focus helps us balance work with commitments to our loved ones. We have decided to take on a limited number of weekend events in order to maintain this balance.
Are there other menu options than those listed?
Yes! We’d be delighted to create a proposal tailored to your Event, just ask.
When do I give my Event guest count?
We ask for a final guest count 10 days in advance of the Event via email bausecatering@aol.com. Once received we will email you the revised invoice with the total due on delivery or pick up.
Do you have guest minimums?
Yes, we have a 30 guest minimum for all catering orders.
Do you have children’s pricing?
Yes! Children under 10 years old, if they are eating the same meal as the adults with a smaller portion, is 50% less for the meal. We are also happy to provide a special kid friendly alternative menu for the little ones!
Do you include plateware?
Plateware pricing can vary widely depending on the the type. Below are some ballpark prices. However, our Clients always have the option of providing their own platware.
- Compostable 9 inch round and 6 inch round plates, silver plastic forks, disposable napkin
$1.25 pp - Clear plastic disposable plate ware – dinner plate, silver plastic fork.knife, disposable napkin $1.50 per guest
- Compostable Square Sugarcane plate ware – 10 inch and 6 inch (2x) plate, silver plastic fork/knife, disposable napkin $2.50 per guest
How do I get a quote for my Event?

Appointments are required for in person consultation.
How much notice do you need?
Dates fill up quickly especially during peak seasons of May and June, November and December so please place your order at your earliest convenience. We take only as much work as we can do a great job at, and often “close” dates.
Can I provide a family recipe for my Event?
Of Course!
I have a last minute Event, can you help me?
While we prefer all events to be confirmed 2 weeks in advance, we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders, especially for Celebrations of Life. Please call us ASAP and give us as many details as possible and we’ll check the schedule to see how we can help.
Do you offer just delivery or just drop off?
Yes we do! We have a delivery charge that covers fuel and staff time expenses. The amount is calculated based on the distance to your event, the logistics of unloading (down the long hallway, up the elevator, across the field…), the amount of set up requested and whether or not we are returning to pick up equipment.
