Bause Catered Events grew from a Pottstown Farmers Market Stand in 1989 (offering Dinner to go, Pastry, Bread and Salads) to a full service off premise Catering company serving The Delaware Valley today.

Scrumptious, inspired Buffets are what we do best. Using local ingredients, a passion for catering and creativity, we are honored to help celebrate many events in our Client’s lives – the Wedding, to the Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, Anniversaries and sadly Funerals.

In 2005, the former Rosenberry’s Supermarket was purchased and renovated to become our Production Kitchen and Offices. The company recycles its cardboard, glass, aluminium, composts our coffee grounds and grows is own herbs. Our goal is to provide beautiful delicious creative Meals with outstanding friendly service to our Clients while making a proper profit for the company.

Bause Catered Events was founded in 1989 by Erin Bause after her return from a stint at The Montreux Palace in Switzerland.

Previously, Erin completed studies at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and Graduate studies at Beringer School for American Chefs with Madeleine Kamman. Erin was Chef De Cuisine at The Coventry Forge Inn and for The Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Virginia in their executive dining room.

Amy Bartra
Amy Bartra is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and First Place Winner of the Bellevue Stratford Melitta Chocolate Showpiece Competition. She has competed in the NYC Hotel Show Pastry Competition and has been Chef de Patisserie at Aux Petit Delices in Wayne and at Symphony in Cherry Hill New Jersey. First Place Winner of Best Tasting Cake at the Relay For Life, judged by the Ace of Cakes.
